Top Tier Contractors, INC. ("TTC," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through toptierfresno.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
Information We Collect
What you give us. When you fill out our Free Estimate or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the project details you provide. That's it — we don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to respond to your request.
What's collected automatically. Like most websites, ours runs on Squarespace, which logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and uses cookies to operate the site. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time on site, general location, referring source. This is aggregate, not something we use to identify you personally.
We do not run e-commerce, don't process payments, and don't offer user accounts on this site.
How We Use It
We use form submissions to respond to your estimate request or question — that's the whole purpose. We use analytics data to see what's working on the site and improve it. We do not use your information for anything beyond these purposes, and we do not sell it.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that make the site run: Squarespace (hosting) and Google (Analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not "share" it (as that term is defined under California law) for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies & Analytics
Squarespace and Google Analytics use cookies to operate the site and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site will still work, though some Squarespace features may behave differently. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How Long We Keep It
We keep estimate/contact form submissions as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our business records (for example, if it becomes a signed job). Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention settings. We don't keep information indefinitely for no reason.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you're a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we've collected about you
- Delete personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable here, since TTC does not sell or share personal information
- Non-discrimination — we won't deny service, charge you differently, or treat you worse for exercising any of these rights

Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16, for purposes of California's opt-out provisions). If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, relying in part on the security measures built into Squarespace's hosting platform. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time as our site or practices change. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected here — we encourage you to check back periodically.
